This starbucks was so clean if they were not making drinks or helping out customers they were deep cleaning
No soap in the single bathroom. When I asked for soap I was informed that the dispenser was broken, and I could use hand sanitizer. I explained that hand sanitizer is not enough to clean hands of all germs, and asked about the employee who'd been in the bathroom for several minutes--and had walked straight out and started working again. How did she wash her hands? Isn't it required by law that employees wash their hands after using the bathroom? I was told that she'd washed her hands once she got back behind the counter but I was watching and if she did, I didn't see it and it wasn't right away. I'm bothered at the lack of concern for sanitary conditions, but also at the lack of concern and willingness to find a solution. I had to point out a soap dispenser at a sink directly behind the counter and ask if they could at least give me a squirt of soap. They were willing to do that and were very nice about it--I'll give them that. But I wouldn't trust this location again to be following required sanitation guidelines.
It's a Starbucks, you get Starbucks stuff here. Too many whiners in these reviews. Keep calm, coffee on.
